Returns and Refund Policy

Our Return Approach

At FlashSold.shop, customer satisfaction matters to us. For eligible physical products, we accept returns within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. Because digital items are made available immediately after purchase, they follow a different return policy.

Items That May Be Returned

A return can only be considered if the product meets all required conditions. The item must remain unused, be sent back in its original state, include any attached tags, and still have its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a valid receipt is also required before any return can be processed.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact our team first at contact@FlashSold.shop. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the next steps, including return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label for physical products. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Problems With Your Order

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as quickly as possible so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Some categories are excluded from returns. These include all digital downloads such as planners, templates, PDFs, and spreadsheets, as well as personalized or custom-made items, personal care goods, hazardous or flammable materials, discounted products, and gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different style or variation, the exchange process begins with a return request for the original item. After approval, you may place a new order for the replacement item you prefer.

Refund Review and Payment Return

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the posting process.
